USEFUL INFORMATION

Beauty Ink by R.D Clinic and Training Academy is located at 41 Malone Road, Belfast. BT9 6RX – next door to Blank Restaurant, facing the Fisherwick Presbyterian Church. Please use the doorbell provided on the right side of the front door.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment time will be reduced or canceled, and you will be charged 100% of the service booked.

Please arrive at your appointment alone, unless you require special assistance. Unfortunately, friends and family are not permitted as we have very limited space in the waiting area.

We cannot offer treatments to anyone under the age of 18 years.

Treatment times may vary. We like to devote enough time to each client as service quality is very important to us. Please allow anything between 1h30min – 2h30min for your first visit, and anything between 1h – 1h30min for top-up appointments.
ALLERGY AND MEDICAL ADVICE
We do not treat any clients who are:

Under 18 years old
-
Pregnant or breastfeeding
-
Allergic to metal or color pigments
-
Undergoing cancer treatment (Chemotherapy, Radiotherapy)

Prone to Keloid scars
-
Have a severe bleeding disorder
-
Using Accutane/Roaccutane (must wait one year after the treatment is completed)

Please advise us if any of the following apply to you:

Heart Conditions

Eczema/Psoriasis/Dermatitis affecting the treatment area

Diabetes or Epilepsy
-
Asthma
-
Shingles
-
HIV infection or AIDS
-
Hepatitis B or C

Metal in body/Piercings

Recent operations or scar tissue in the facial area

Recent cuts, bruises or swelling in the treatment area

Problems with healing
-
Skin diseases or disorders
-
Eye disorders/infections
-
Contact lenses
-
Latex allergy
-
Use of prescribed steroid creams on the treatment area

Use of blood thinners
-
Acne treatment
-
Recent Botox or Lip Fillers
-
You are generally unwell (have an active viral infection, high temperature, vomiting)

Some of the above may cause contra-indication to treatment. When booking an appointment it is your responsibility to tell us about any physical or mental condition which may require special facilities.
BOOKING AND CANCELLATIONS

£50 deposit has to be paid when booking your appointment. This payment will be deducted from the treatment total

Deposit should be paid within 24 hours after we agree/schedule the date and time of your appointment. If the deposit is not paid within 24 hours we hold the right to offer the appointment time to another client.

Deposits are non-refundable

Deposit can be transferred over to another appointment once (for an important reason) and if another appointment is booked within a period of one month.

In case you need to reschedule, you must inform us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Anything later than that will be treated as ‘late cancellation’ and the deposit fee will no longer be transferable.

Important: If you don’t show up to your appointment without informing us, full treatment price will be charged upon your next booking.
GIFT VOUCHERS AND SPECIAL OFFERS

Gift Vouchers are available for a specific treatment or to the value of your chosen amount.

Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

If you would like to use your Gift Voucher, you must bring it with you.

Special offers cannot be booked in conjunction with any other offer.
